We are seeking a dedicated Seamless Tube Drawer who will take on the responsibility of operating machines designed for drawing seamless tubes. Your main objective will be ensuring that these tubes meet our stringent quality standards while efficiently assisting in machinery maintenance. Your role is crucial in contributing to our operational success and product excellence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the machine's operation during production runs.
• Conduct routine inspections on finished products.
• Maintain documentation for quality assurance.
• Engage in proactive maintenance of the machinery.
• Assist in the development of process improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Participate in safety drills and training.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in onboarding new team members.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of a relevant vocational training program

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in tube manufacturing processes

Technical Skills

• Mechanical troubleshooting
• Technical drawing interpretation

Certifications

• Manufacturing Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
