Responsibilities

  • Support pilots in flight preparation and operational execution.
  • Address operational challenges promptly, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development programs for pilots.
  • Facilitate communication between pilots and operational staff.
  • Develop strategies for improving flight efficiency and performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
  • Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) preferred
  • Graduate degree in Aviation or related field (preferred)
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years pilot experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
