Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion. This role will involve coordinating teams, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the project team in delivering quality outcomes on time.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project.
  • Utilize project management software tools to streamline workflows.
  • Foster a collaborative culture among team members and stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
  • Mentor junior project staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Identify and facilitate training sessions for team development.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field is preferred
  • Certifications in Agile or Scrum methodologies are advantageous

  • 5+ years of experience in project management across various sectors
