We are searching for skilled Floor Sanders and Finishers to join our dedicated team. Your primary role will involve sanding, refinishing, and restoring a variety of flooring materials, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. You will work closely with a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results while providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Preparing job sites by removing furniture and covering surfaces as needed.
• Understanding and implementing the specific requirements for different flooring types.
• Training and supervising junior staff on best practices in flooring restoration.
• Documenting work completed and any issues encountered during projects.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional rapport with clients.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Flooring Technology preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in floor sanding and finishing.

Technical Skills

• Application of Finishes
• Maintenance of Equipment

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time Management

Certifications

• Workplace Health and Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Different Finishing Products: Experience working with various types of stains and finishes.
