Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Injection Mold Technician to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines, ensuring high-quality plastic products are produced efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection molding machines with precision.
• Install and remove molds according to production schedules and specifications.
• Troubleshoot process disruptions and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure that safety guidelines are consistently followed on the shop floor.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of machinery.

Requirements

Education

• Certification or formal training in injection molding technology

Experience

• Experience with different types of molds and materials is advantageous.
