Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Additional certifications in customer success or related fields are advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in customer success

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM tools
• Familiarity with project management tools

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Negotiation skills

Certifications

• Customer Experience Professional Certification
• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluency in a second language: Ability to communicate in another language is an advantage.
