We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our occupational health team. This role involves providing crucial medical support, conducting health assessments, and implementing wellness programs aimed at enhancing employee health and safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Administer first aid and emergency medical care when required.
• Evaluate health risks and provide suitable recommendations.
• Implement health promotion initiatives within the workplace.
• Conduct pre-employment health screenings.
• Work closely with the HR department on health-related employee issues.
• Monitor and report on employees' health and safety matters.
• Enhance workplace health through comprehensive education programs.
• Support mental health initiatives within the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Occupational Health Nursing or similar roles
