Job Description

The Chemical Processing Supervisor oversees the production and quality control of chemical products. Responsible for optimizing production processes and ensuring compliance with safety regulations while managing a dedicated team of operators.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the production team in achieving operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Assess production processes to identify potential improvements.
  • Maintain production schedules and resolve any delays.
  • Compile and present production reports to management, including KPIs and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and servicing of equipment.
  • Supervise the implementation of new technologies to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within chemical processing.
