Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients.
• Create comprehensive care plans based on patient needs.
• Stay updated with the latest clinical procedures and guidelines.
• Enhance patient knowledge on health management and lifestyle choices.
• Deliver high-quality care in line with best practices.
• Coordinate with specialists for complex patient treatments.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives for the clinic.
• Assist in training new healthcare staff.
• Provide support for emergency medical situations.
• Encourage preventive health strategies among patients.

Requirements

Education

• MBBS, MD, or other relevant medical degree
• Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience in a general practice setting
