Job Description

We're on the lookout for an experienced Engine Supervisor to lead the maintenance and repair operations of our engines in Melbourne. You will work closely with mechanics and engineers to ensure the engines run efficiently and safely. Your leadership and expertise will drive our operational success.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate engine maintenance teams for optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Monitor performance data to identify areas for improvement in operations.
  • Lead safety briefings and enforce safety protocols on site.
  • Manage inventory of parts and materials; streamline procurement processes.
  • Provide regular updates to management on project status and team performance.
  • Encourage a collaborative team environment fostering innovation and accountability.
  • Assist in developing training programs for new technologies and methods.
  • Participate in project management meetings to align operational goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade)
  • Certificate IV in Engineering (Maintenance)
  • Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in industrial maintenance and repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
