The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing chemical processes, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product standards.
• Research and develop sustainable chemical solutions.
• Utilize statistical techniques to analyze process data.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets for chemical projects.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all experiments and projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• MBA or similar is considered an asset

Experience

• 5+ years in a chemical manufacturing environment
