Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions for new staff on equipment protocols.
• Engage in regular safety meetings and contribute to safety policies.
• Participate in environmental impact assessments.
• Ensure equipment is compliant with regulatory standards at all times.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Oil and Gas Operations or equivalent
• Trade qualification in relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years' experience in oil extraction or related field

Technical Skills

• Experience with oil extraction equipment

Soft Skills

• Flexibility and adaptability

Certifications

• Emergency Response Training (desirable)

Languages

• English: Fluent
