Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Appliance Servicer to join our team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of electrical appliances, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostics on electrical appliances.
• Repair or replace defective components in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Advise customers on appliance care and troubleshooting techniques.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards in all repairs.
• Track service history and update databases accordingly.
• Participate in team meetings to improve service efficiency.
• Maintain a stock of common spare parts to reduce downtime.
• Inspect appliances after repairs to ensure they meet safety standards.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred
• Valid Electrical License

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
