Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Smart Home Expert to join our dynamic team in Sydney. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, install, and maintain innovative smart home systems that enhance our clients' living experiences. Your expertise in smart technologies will be vital in providing excellent service, ensuring that every installation meets the highest standards of quality and safety. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and builders to tailor solutions that suit individual needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate clients' needs to develop customised smart home solutions.
  • Oversee the installation process ensuring it meets client specifications and expectations.
  • Serve as the point of contact for client feedback after installations.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for device procurement.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to client relationships, offering upgrades and additional services when suitable.
  • Provide in-home demonstrations to clients on how to use their smart home systems.
  • Collect and report on user experiences to enhance service delivery.
  • Utilise client feedback to improve future installations and services.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in the smart home technology field.
