Job Description

As a Biofuels Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our production team. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain equipment, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of biofuels production.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to production staff.
• Track production data and report to the Operations Manager.
• Evaluate production methods regularly to identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with R&D to explore new methods and technologies in biofuels production.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in renewable energy production, with management experience preferred
