Responsibilities

• Execute slashing and mowing tasks effectively.
• Inspect and troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize work processes.
• Document work activities and report to the Grounds Supervisor.
• Comply with environmental regulations and standards.
• Communicate efficiently with team members and supervisors.
• Assist in landscaping tasks as needed.
• Identify and manage hazards in the work environment.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of work quality.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in operating slashing machinery and landscaping tasks

Technical Skills

• Machinery Operation
• Mechanical Maintenance

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Relevant machinery operation certification
• Forklift license (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with horticulture practices: Knowledge in gardening and plant care, beneficial for landscaping tasks.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems: Basic understanding of irrigation principles and operation.
