Exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to be part of our Wollongong team, focusing on innovative engineering projects. The role involves collaboration with other engineering disciplines to design, develop, and implement mechanical solutions. You will engage with clients and provide technical guidance, while being integral to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the end-to-end mechanical design process for various projects.
• Perform calculations and simulations to validate design concepts.
• Work with suppliers to ensure materials meet specifications.
• Actively contribute to project planning and scheduling.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and adherence to plans.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best engineering practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering roles
