In the role of Comber Tender, you will play a pivotal part in our yarn production process. Your responsibilities will include monitoring production processes, performing maintenance on machinery, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities

• Monitor the production process of comber machines to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections for quality control and report discrepancies.
• Train junior employees on proper machine operation and maintenance.
• Implement safety measures and participate in workplace safety audits.
• Lead initiatives for process improvements and equipment upgrades.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or training in textile production is advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience operating textile machinery is preferred.
