Job Description

As a Special Education Teacher for preschoolers, you will play a vital role in supporting children with learning difficulties. You will develop individual learning plans and collaborate with families and professionals to ensure a holistic educational experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to determine children’s learning requirements.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to provide comprehensive support.
• Implement behavioural intervention strategies to promote learning.
• Create and adapt resources to meet individual learning needs.
• Enhance children's social skills through structured activities.
• Engage and motivate children through interactive and creative teaching methods.
• Organize and lead training sessions for new staff on special education practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of teaching strategies regularly.
• Ensure compliance with educational policies and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Higher qualifications in Special Education are an advantage

Experience

• At least 2 years of teaching experience in special education settings.
