As the Early Childhood Education Director, you will oversee all educational programs and staff in our childcare centre. Your role will involve managing curriculum development, ensuring compliance with regulations, and creating a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Responsibilities

• Lead the centre in fulfilling its educational mission.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of managing childcare centres with experience in diverse settings.
