Job Description

As the Hotel Superintendent, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations of our prestigious hotel. You'll ensure that our guests receive top-tier service and that all aspects of the hotel run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of hotel operations and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide reports to the General Manager regarding hotel performance and strategic goals.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership and team building.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage relationships with local business partners for community engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus

Experience

• Extensive experience in luxury hotel operations preferred

Certifications

• Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)

• English: Fluent
• Mandarin: Conversational
