Responsibilities

• Run various metal shaping machines and ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Ensure all production targets are met efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Record production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly.
• Train new employees on machine operation and safety procedures.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to implement best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in metalworking or manufacturing

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• CNC programming
• Quality control practices

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Communication skills

Certifications

• Forklift Operator License
• CNC Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
