Job Description

As a Hotbed Operator, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of hotbed equipment to ensure optimal production processes. You must have a solid understanding of horticultural practices and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hotbeds for germination and growth processes.
• Regularly inspect equipment for functionality and safety.
• Document growth and production statistics accurately.
• Engage in teamwork to achieve production targets.
• Maintain health and safety standards in all operations.
• Contribute ideas for improving processes and efficiency.
• Assist in harvesting and packaging of crops as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Horticulture or related field

Experience

• Experience with automated hotbed systems preferred.
