Grinding and Spraying Supervisor

Job Description

As a Grinding and Spraying Supervisor, you will lead the grinding and spraying operations in our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for ensuring quality standards and productivity targets are met while providing coaching and leadership to your team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the grinding and spraying workflows to ensure efficiency.
• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed diligently.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely supply delivery.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to align production goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability and high standards of quality.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.
• Lead daily briefings and meetings to communicate priorities.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade qualification in relevant field preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Understanding of safety regulations
