We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to guide our dynamic team on exciting projects in Central Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Your leadership will be key in driving project success and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and timelines.
• Engage with clients to define project specifications and requirements.
• Drive successful project outcomes through effective leadership.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage the project team’s performance and overall morale.
• Adjust project plans as necessary to accommodate changes.
• Oversee procurement of materials and resources for projects.
• Develop and nurture external partnerships for project success.
• Continuously seek improvements in project processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Master's degree in a related discipline is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects within the industry
