Job Description

Join us as a Passenger Barge Master where your leadership will guide safe and efficient operations on board our passenger barge. This position requires a strong understanding of maritime regulations and exceptional communication skills, ensuring the comfort of our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Safely navigate the barge through various waterways, ensuring compliance with maritime laws.
  • Oversee crew operations and provide leadership and guidance.
  • Engage with customers to enhance their experience and address concerns.
  • Inspect and maintain functional readiness of all marine equipment.
  • Handle ticketing and manage customer service queries effectively.
  • Record and report any operational issues to higher management promptly.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff for vessel repairs and upkeep.
  • Ensure strict adherence to emergency protocols and conduct drills regularly.

Requirements

Education
  • Valid Master Class 4 or 5 Certificate
  • Fluency in English
Experience
  • At least 5 years of marine transportation experience preferred
