Job Description

We are seeking a driven Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline our logistics operations. In this role, you will oversee supply chain processes, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimising logistics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supply chain performance and adjust logistics strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in logistics.
• Support inventory management and coordinate stock levels with suppliers.
• Prepare logistics reports and provide insights for process improvements.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics processes.
• Build strong relationships with external partners to enhance logistics capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management Systems
• Microsoft Excel

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
