Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Shotgun Shell Assembly Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining shotgun shell assembly machines, overseeing the production process, and ensuring the quality of the final product.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assembly line, ensuring efficient operation of the shotgun shell assembly machine.
• Lead training sessions for new hires regarding machine operation and safety measures.
• Compile production reports and assist in scheduling maintenance.
• Monitor the production quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and liaise with maintenance staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Help implement lean manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity.
• Work closely with supervisors to meet production targets.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Shotgun Shell Assembly Machine Operator or similar role.
