Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Loading Machine Tool Setter to join our fast-paced production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating machines used for loading and unloading materials efficiently. This role is vital for ensuring that production runs smoothly and meets safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines according to specifications outlined in work orders.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain production quality.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance production efficiency and address workflow issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Participate in safety meetings and actively promote a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
