Job Description
As a Food Batchmaker, you will be at the heart of our production team, responsible for grinding and preparing meats for sausage production while adhering to strict health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Conduct quality checks on processed meat products.
Collaborate in troubleshooting any equipment issues.
Assist in the mixing and preparation of ingredients.
Report any safety concerns to management promptly.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills.
Requirements
Education
Certificate III in Food Processing (Meat)
Food Handling Certificate
Experience
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in sausage grinding or similar meat processing role.
