Job Description

As a Food Batchmaker, you will be at the heart of our production team, responsible for grinding and preparing meats for sausage production while adhering to strict health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality checks on processed meat products.
  • Collaborate in troubleshooting any equipment issues.
  • Assist in the mixing and preparation of ingredients.
  • Report any safety concerns to management promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Food Processing (Meat)
  • Food Handling Certificate
Experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in sausage grinding or similar meat processing role.
