Join our well-established manufacturing team as a Hand Cutter and Trimmer, where you will be responsible for operating rotary shear cutting machines. We are looking for an individual who can ensure high-quality cuts and contributes to the overall production efficiency. Responsibilities

• Operate rotary shear cutters and trimming machines with a focus on quality.
• Adjust machine settings to accommodate different materials and thicknesses.
• Identify and prevent potential safety hazards in the workspace.
• Provide feedback to management on process improvements.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Engage in team discussions to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating rotary shear cutter machines.
