Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Field Engineer who will be responsible for on-site support and maintenance of industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment and systems.
  • Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful implementation of client projects.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including reports and service logs.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines during all field operations.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management on completed projects.
  • Assist in the training of new engineering staff.
  • Participate in continuous training to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors for timely procurement of materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Certifications in relevant technologies preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in field engineering, preferably in telecommunications.
