Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Compound Mixer to join our dynamic team. The Compound Mixer will be responsible for preparing chemical compounds according to specified formulas and ensuring accurate measurements. The ideal candidate should have experience in compound mixing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and mix chemical compounds following exact specifications.
  • Utilise various mixing equipment while ensuring operational safety and efficiency.
  • Continuously monitor the mixing process for quality assurance.
  • Document batch processes and maintain accurate production logs.
  • Engage in routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with peers to enhance mixing techniques and efficiency.
  • Address and rectify any blending issues promptly.
  • Oversee stock of raw materials and request replenishments as needed.
  • Remain informed on new mixing technologies and methods.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification or formal training in compound mixing is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compound mixing within a chemical manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.
