Job Description

The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and systems used in industrial and commercial settings. They will work closely with the Sales and Engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage in preventative maintenance programs.
• Work closely with sales for effective customer engagement.
• Enhance the efficiency and performance of equipment through expert repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure all service protocols are followed diligently.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade

Experience

• Experience in the mining or heavy industrial sector preferred

• CNC Machinery Experience
• 3D Printing Technology

Soft Skills

• Team Player

Certifications

• White Card
• First Aid/CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
