Job Description

The Cost Controller plays a vital role in monitoring and managing the financial aspects of construction projects. This position involves preparing budgets, tracking expenses, and providing detailed financial reports to ensure project financials are on track.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project budgets and cash flow forecasts.
  • Track and analyze project costs and variances.
  • Provide regular reports on project performance to management.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations to project managers.
  • Assist in financial audits and compliance assessments.
  • Collaborate with finance team to streamline reporting processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in a financial role, with a focus on cost control
