Responsibilities
Evaluate and prepare patients for cardiac interventions.
Administer IV medications and monitor vital signs continuously.
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
Document and manage patient care plans within electronic systems.
Facilitate patient discharge planning and rehabilitation processes.
Participate in professional development and training programs.
Advocate for the needs of patients and their families.
Engage in performance reviews and quality assessments of nursing practices.
Assist in training and mentorship of junior nursing staff.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Postgraduate specialization in cardiac care preferred
Experience
4-6 years of experience in a high acuity nursing environment.
