Responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance and provide feedback to management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in pricing strategies and cost control measures.
• Review and enhance financial reporting processes.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends.
• Participate in project-based financial analysis.
• Facilitate meetings with department heads to discuss financial performance.
• Support the continuous improvement of financial systems.
• Assist in the management of external relationships with auditors.
• Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis
