Job Description

Join our team as an experienced Rope Tier, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of rope systems. This role demands a keen eye for detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections and execute repairs at height using rope access.
  • Ensure effective communication throughout the team on-site.
  • Maintain and inspect equipment before and after use.
  • Actively participate in safety training and meetings.
  • Document and report any issues with equipment or safety concerns.
  • Adapt to changing environments and schedules as required.
  • Participate in regular debriefs and planning sessions.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist in training new team members in safety protocols.
  • Monitor weather conditions and adjust work plans as necessary.
