Job Description

As a Home Appliance Repairer, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain various home appliances, particularly vacuum cleaners. Your role will include communicating with clients to troubleshoot and provide estimates, ensuring high-quality repairs are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop a troubleshooting protocol for diagnosing appliance issues.
• Conduct routine inspections for preventative maintenance.
• Ensure timely and efficient service to reduce customer wait times.
• Document repair processes and update inventory of parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
• Adhere to all safety regulations while working in the workshop.
• Actively seek feedback to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team by providing technical insights during consultations.
• Participate in ongoing training programs for skill enhancement.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with commercial-grade vacuum cleaners is a plus
