Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Mount Gambier. In this role, you will handle a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment and selection process.
Develop and manage employee engagement and retention programs.
Handle disciplinary procedures and employee grievances.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
Support health and safety initiatives in the workplace.
Review and improve HR policies and manuals.
Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues.
Keep abreast of changes in employment law and best practices.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR focus
Master's degree in Human Resources Management is a plus

3+ years in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
