Job Description

As a Ticket Collector, you will be responsible for collecting and validating tickets from passengers across various transport modes. Your role is vital in ensuring compliance with fare regulations while offering top-notch customer service to enhance passenger experience. You will work closely with our Ticketing and Revenue Protection team, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of our transportation services.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with passengers to foster a welcoming environment.
  • Capture and report passenger feedback for service improvement.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed during ticket collection.
  • Support in managing lost and found ticket-related inquiries.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
