Job Description

The PV Fabrication Technician will be responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of photovoltaic cells. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of production processes and a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly of photovoltaic modules.
• Conduct regular inspections of the production line.
• Train junior staff on safe operational practices.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets.
• Document production data and report any inconsistencies.

Requirements

Education

• Additional certifications in manufacturing or fabrication are advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in clean room environments is preferable

Technical Skills

• PLC programming
• 3D printing software

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Adaptability

Advantageous

• Experience with statistical process control: Proficiency in monitoring and controlling production processes.
• Familiarity with quality management systems: Experience in implementing quality control standards.
