• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Review laboratory processes and recommend improvements to ensure efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions on safety protocols and lab techniques for new hires.
• Engage in troubleshooting of analytical equipment when issues arise.
• Participate in audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Chemistry or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in chemical analysis or quality control
