Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chemical Process Engineer passionate about optimising chemical processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and apply innovative solutions to improve efficiency and safety in production. This role involves working closely with production and R&D teams to develop, implement, and refine manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process failures.
• Provide expertise in maintaining compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality of raw materials.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance.
• Evaluate the feasibility of new technologies in process improvement.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to project plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant area is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a relevant industrial environment
