This role involves working closely with production and R&D teams to develop, implement, and refine manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise chemical processes for production.
• Conduct experiments to validate process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Perform data analysis to monitor process performance and efficiency.
• Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot issues.
• Create detailed documentation and reports on process modifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant area is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a relevant industrial environment
