Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the counter service area.
• Ensure high-quality service and satisfaction for all patrons.
• Assist in training new staff in customer service protocols.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement promotional displays and marketing initiatives.
• Assist with food preparation and packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness in the food prep and customer service areas.
• Regularly check and replenish stock levels of food and beverages.
• Record daily sales figures and assist with inventory checks.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in Hospitality Management is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years in a similar role is an advantage
