As a Childcare Worker, you will play a vital role in providing professional childcare services to families, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Your responsibilities will include supervising children, engaging them in activities, and preparing nutritious meals. Responsibilities

• Ensure children's safety and respond to any emergencies calmly.
• Plan and execute fun and engaging activities.
• Prepare healthy meals that meet dietary requirements.
• Assist with homework, offering guidance and support.
• Keep the childcare facility clean and orderly.
• Maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians.
• Stay updated on child development best practices.
• Observe and evaluate children's behavior and development.
• Encourage positive interaction between children.
• Support the integration of children with special needs.
• Work collaboratively with the childcare team to provide excellent care.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute ideas to improve services.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or similar qualification
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education is advantageous

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a childcare setting is preferred.
