Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings to determine cutting requirements.
• Calibrate cutting machines for optimal performance.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on cutting equipment.
• Ensure all safety measures are followed during operations.
• Work collaboratively to meet the team's production goals.
• Provide support to the sewing team by preparing materials.
• Document production activities and results accurately.
• Assist in training new employees on cutting processes.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in production demands.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certificate in textiles or related field preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in fabric cutting or a similar role.
