Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of crushing equipment, maintaining a safe working environment and providing high-quality materials to our production processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of crushing equipment to ensure efficient production.
• Conduct safety audits and participate in safety training.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
• Maintain logs of daily equipment performance metrics.
• Collaborate with logistics teams for effective material handling.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support management in achieving quality assurance goals.
• Help to train and mentor junior staff on best practices.
• Foster a culture of safety and accountability among all team members.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV or higher in Engineering or related field
• Relevant trade qualifications

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or mining environment.

Languages

• English: Fluent
