Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of crushing equipment, maintaining a safe working environment and providing high-quality materials to our production processes.
Responsibilities
Supervise the operation of crushing equipment to ensure efficient production.
Conduct safety audits and participate in safety training.
Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
Maintain logs of daily equipment performance metrics.
Collaborate with logistics teams for effective material handling.
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Support management in achieving quality assurance goals.
Help to train and mentor junior staff on best practices.
Foster a culture of safety and accountability among all team members.
Requirements
Education
Certificate IV or higher in Engineering or related field
Relevant trade qualifications
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or mining environment.
