Job Description

As a Diesel Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing diesel engines to identify faults or defects. Your recommendations for repairs and maintenance will be crucial in maintaining high standards of engine performance. This role demands keen attention to detail and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues in diesel engine systems and components.
• Utilise diagnostic software and testing equipment to analyse engine performance.
• Prepare reports detailing inspection results and recommended actions.

• Participate in safety audits and reviews to maintain operational standards.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology (Diesel) or equivalent
• Valid driver's license

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
