Job Description

We are on the hunt for a Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about leveraging AI to solve real-world problems. As part of our dynamic team in Newcastle, you will work on exciting projects that involve developing machine learning models and algorithms. The ideal candidate will have experience in both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques and a strong understanding of data science principles.

Responsibilities

• Create algorithms and predictive models to enhance product features.
• Monitor and debug machine learning models in production.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements for new machine learning initiatives.
• Perform model training and tuning to achieve desired outputs.
• Support the team in research-oriented projects and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in Machine Learning or AI is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in relevant roles

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Docker for containerization: Hands-on experience with containerizing applications and models.
